Guardian Angel Care is a premier mentoring organization dedicated to fostering one-on-one relationships between sponsors (Peers) and individuals (Support Seeker). Our program aims to empower healthy habits, so our potential support seeker reaches their full potential through supportive and engaging mentorship. Program Structure: Guardian Angel Care facilitates matches where Peers and Support Seekers meet 2-3 times a month, engaging in everyday activities that may include watching movies, completing homework, playing games, dining out, or simply spending quality time together. Each match is supported by a dedicated Match Support Specialist who provides tailored resources and assistance based on the Support Seekers age and needs.
