“Always crowded and the staff seems friendly at first but if you're a woman, it gets somewhat creepy. I suggest never getting yourself involved in a personal trainer situation because they will guilt you into almost anything there. There is never ANY parking making the effort to make it to the gym just that much harder. Most of the people that go there to work out are rude and inconsiderate anyway. There is a sign for a 20 minute limit on cardio when people are waiting. One guy was on there for over an hour during the busiest time. Don't waste your time and money.” -

“I had the worst experience I've ever had with a gym membership with LA Fitness due to a rude and unprofessional trainer that I was paired with by a manager that wished to hit on me rather than listen to complaints about his staff's behavior. This trainer verbally assaulted a paying member of not only your gym, but your personal training program, because apparently he was inconvenienced when I thought we were training at 7:30pm and not 7:30pm. This occurred in front of management, other staff members and gym members. I received no assistance from your management staff at all, even when I asked to speak with upper management or for a phone number to file a formal complaint about the employee. The trainer continued to harass me during gym visits until I had to ultimately leave the gym due to feeling uncomfortable and at risk since the gym had my personal information, including address. \nI will never rejoin any LA Fitness, much less the Bala Cynwyd location where the issues occurred. Unprofessionalism at its best. Congratulations\n”
