Fitchburg Community Health Center is a nonprofit community health center operated by Community Health Connections. Community Health Connections provides high quality medical, dental, behavioral health and specialty services to all, regardless of income or insurance status. Services at the Fitchburg Community Health Center include Primary Care, Dental, Behavioral Health, Optometry and Optical Shop, Substance Use Disorder Treatment, a LabCorp Lab, Student Access to Health Care for Fitchburg State University students and specialty health services.
