"Start Community Health Center offers Primary Care, Behavioral Health and Substance Use Treatment. We provide transportation to patients within 30 miles and are accepting new patients at this time. We accept Medicaid, Medicare, Private Insurance and Uninsured. We also offer Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) from this location for Lafourche, St. Mary, St. John, St. Charles & St. James parishes.
